Our Story

Entangled Minds was born out of collaboration. Over the past few years, our founding board members crossed paths through quantum research projects spanning machine learning and the life sciences. What began as individual efforts to push the boundaries of science evolved into a shared vision: that quantum models could offer a more natural and intuitive framework for understanding how we think, perceive, and experience the world.

United by curiosity and driven by impact, we came together to build a nonprofit dedicated to advancing this frontier. Entangled Minds is more than just a research initiative, it’s a community of scientists, entrepreneurs, and visionaries working to reimagine human cognition and consciousness through the lens of quantum principles.

Meet the Team

Founding Board Member

Dr. Laia Domingo

Dr. Domingo is the Chief Science Officer of a quantum computing start up focused on quantum tools in life sciences. Driven by her intrinsic curiosity and need to discover, she specialized in the use of machine learning and quantum machine learning techniques to tackle relevant problems in today's society. This path led her to recently obtain the prestigious PhD fellowship from La Caixa Foundation, with which she has made 10+ publications about quantum machine learning applications and quantum algorithms designs.

Dr. Talita Perciano

Dr. Perciano is a Research Scientist in the Machine Learning and Analytics group and the Computational Biosciences group, at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She conducts research in the areas of quantum computing, quantum algorithms, image analysis, machine learning, probabilistic graphical models, and high-performance computing motivated by the incredible challenges around scientific data generated by computational models, simulations, and experiments.

Christine Johnson

Christine is a deep-tech entrepreneur dedicated to ensuring that quantum technologies create tangible value for society. As CEO of a quantum computing start up, she works at the intersection of quantum machine learning and life sciences - translating complex research into usable tools and frameworks that address real-world challenges. Christine’s leadership is shaped by her experience in the University of Chicago’s Duality Quantum Accelerator, one of the world’s premier programs for quantum startups, where she honed her expertise in commercialization and ecosystem building.
